Opened in 2014, The Source is a health club focused on a healthier lifestyle and also a greater sense of community. The building was designed to have access to the third floor, but it wasn’t until 2016 that plans were made to build a rooftop deck. The deck is used for classes as well as a place to eat and drink.
Portland Bolt provided 36 custom tie-rod assemblies for the cross-bracing design. The rods ranged from 3’ to 11’ in length. The clevises were assembled prior to shipment to ensure proper fit. The rods were also individually marked to help with the installation process.
