Expansion Continues
In June, we announced that Southern Anchor Bolt has joined the Portland Bolt family. Building on this momentum, we are upgrading our capabilities at the North Augusta facility to include:
- Large diameter cut threading
- Plate fabrication
- All-thread rod processing
- Stocking a complete line of construction fasteners
These upgrades will significantly enhance our ability to serve you with greater speed, while maintaining the same high level of expertise and support you expect. They strengthen our commitment to reach 100% of U.S. customers within two days by offering a more comprehensive product portfolio.
Additionally, we are excited to introduce our newest Sales Representative, Harrison, who will be handling customer calls. You can read all about him in the Employee Spotlight below.
We’ve been keeping a Secret…
As we expand internally, our external image is also evolving and we have designed a new logo. This symbol of our commitment to professionalism is part of this transformation. Soon, we’ll discuss the reasoning behind this change as well as another part of this announcement. Here is a sneak peek into our new logo, and we’ll delve into the ‘why’ during the announcement.

Meet Harrison
Harrison began working for Portland Bolt in July of 2024, after graduating in May from Clemson University. He moved back home to North Augusta, SC where he works at our new location. He has three pets. A Pitbull/Boxer named Apollo, a grey-striped kitten named John, and a black cat named Bailey.
