As construction of the new Buffalo Bills Stadium in Orchard Park nears completion, we’re proud to have supported one of the largest and most significant construction projects in Western New York.

The new open-air stadium is being built adjacent to the current Highmark Stadium and is scheduled to open for the 2026 NFL season. When complete, the venue will encompass approximately 1.35 million square feet and seat more than 60,000 fans.

From October 2023 to September 2025, Portland Bolt Northeast supplied over 700,000 structural bolts, anchor bolts, and plates totaling 1.1 million pounds. These fasteners were sold to multiple contractors on the project, and we worked with various teams involved in the stadium’s construction. Our performance on site led to expanded opportunities with new customers, several of which have continued beyond this project and into other major builds. Additional materials supplied for the stadium included tension control bolts (TC bolts), threaded rod, nuts, and DTI Squirter washers manufactured by Applied Bolting Technology.

These components played a critical role in the safe and efficient erection of the stadium’s structural steel, which reached its topping-out milestone in 2025.

At peak construction, more than 1,500 workers were active on site each day, contributing millions of craft hours. We’re proud that our materials and support helped keep this complex project moving forward on schedule.

Projects of this scale reinforce the importance of reliability, quality manufacturing, and strong working relationships. Being part of the new Buffalo Bills Stadium reflects the trust our customers place in our team and our ability to support demanding, high-profile construction projects.
