New equipment and capabilities!

First up is our new 5-axis CNC Machine. This allows us to produce Class 3 thread tolerances for optimal thread fit, improved wear resistance, and enhanced load distribution for critical applications. Currently, we are using this to produce coupling nuts in-house. What does this mean to you?

  • We have more control over lead times
  • We can now stock more sizes
  • More control over the finished product

Next, our new plasma table can cut virtually any 2D geometry. Plasma cutting offers better speeds and costs, and can cut thicker material when compared to other cutting methods.

  • Cut any flat geometry from 1/8″ to 1-1/2″ in mild or stainless steel.
  • Can cut various grades of mild steel and stainless steel
  • Can cut parts with dimensions up to 58″ x 118″

We are Growing

We have finished acquiring two more companies: Applied Bolting Technology and Bennett Bolt Works. The bottom line for our customers is a more diverse product offering and better coverage throughout the United States. We have now grown to four stocking warehouses and custom manufacturing facilities. Better coverage means better lead time, shorter transit time, and additional product categories we can offer our customers. Read more about the individual acquisitions below.
