Are A325 or A490 anchor bolts available? Anchor BoltsNo, ASTM A325 and A490 specifications cover headed bolts for steel to steel applications. For identical strength and chemical properties, consider specifying A449 for A325 or A354 Grade BD for A490. Also consider specifying ASTM F1554 which is a headed, bent, or threaded rod anchor bolt specification with yield strengths of 36, 55, and 105 ksi.
