Melissa Creswell

Melissa joined Portland Bolt in 2025 after nine years with an international aerospace company, where she held several senior human resources positions, including Director of HR Operations and Division Vice President of HR. She brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and has always enjoyed working within manufacturing. For Melissa, there is something uniquely rewarding about the collaboration and energy that happens on the shop floor.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys playing (admittedly bad) golf with her husband, spending time with her four grown children, kayaking, and cheering on the New England Patriots — a true fan, having been born and raised in Massachusetts.
