Eric Betswieser

Chief Commercial Officer

Eric joined Portland Bolt in June 2026 as Chief Commercial Officer. He came from Würth Industry, a global leader in the industrial distribution space, where he spent nearly a decade in commercial leadership roles across the business, most recently as Director of Sales for Würth Construction & Brikksen segments. Before Würth, Eric spent 13 years with Gexpro Services in industrial and OEM account management. Across a career of more than 22 years in fastener and industrial distribution spanning operations, sourcing, and, above all, sales, his focus has stayed constant: driving profitable revenue growth and expanding strategic customer partnerships across the distributor and OEM channels, while helping customers get the right product, on time, every time.

Eric and his wife Phoebe live in Golden, Colorado, with their two children. He holds a degree from the School of Management at SUNY Binghamton.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys hiking, running, fishing, cooking, time with family, and cheering on Michigan football.
