The Promenade at Upper Dublin is a new mixed-use residential and retail community that opened up in the Fall of 2020 located in Dresher, PA. The retail space consists of stores like Sprouts Farmers Market, HomeGoods, Starbucks, and REI. The residential side of this new area consists of over 400 apartments that give the residents access to various amenities including over 3 miles of walking trails and a resort-style pool.
Most of the high-end apartments include a balcony that overlooks the town of Dresher. Each balcony is framed with tie rod assemblies for structural support as well as to add to the overall design. Portland Bolt was enlisted to make all 308 tie rod assemblies needed for the job. Each assembly came with two clevises, two rods, and a turnbuckle in the middle.
