In order to meet the tight turnaround time Harmony Cellars needed we cut, chamfered, and provided these rods in a single day. Portland Bolt provided F1554-105 anchor rods to secure the deck in place, using our own hot-dip galvanizing line in our 140,000 sq. ft. facility located in Portland Oregon. We possess an extensive inventory of domestic all thread rod in 12’ and 10’ lengths and will cut to length and chamfer them to fit our customer’s needs. Our hot-dip galvanizing line is specifically set up to handle large quantities of threaded fasteners. Through our usage of our centrifuge and manually brushing any excess zinc from the threads, we guarantee proper connections every time with the nuts we provide!
