Markley Cove Resort, located on Lake Berryessa in California near Napa Valley, is a picturesque resort popular for those who enjoy boating and water sports. The marina at Markley Cove recently required renovations and replacement of some docks and added 118 new slips as well.
In the summer of 2021, Portland Bolt was selected to manufacture the float rods required for the renovation of the marina. Portland Bolt produced over 2,000 ¾” diameter hot-dip galvanized float rods for this project. Our roll threading equipment enables these rods to be manufactured extremely efficiently.
Additionally, Portland Bolt performs the hot-dip galvanizing in-house. Our galvanizing line is designed specifically for threaded fasteners, which enables us to provide fast delivery times and quality galvanizing with trouble-free nut fit.
