Guardrail Bolts and Accessories, Stocked and Ready for Highway Season

Highway guardrail projects run on tight DOT schedules, and the fasteners holding those systems together need to be right the first time.

Portland Bolt supplies guardrail splice bolts and post bolts manufactured to meet the chemical and mechanical requirements of ASTM A307 Grade A, hot-dip galvanized in accordance with ASTM F2329 and ASTM A153 for long-term corrosion protection. The round head, oval neck design locks into the pre-punched slots in the rail to prevent rotation and keep the guardrail properly aligned, and these fasteners fall under the AASHTO M 180 specification covering steel guardrail components on Buy America projects.

Portland Bolt Northeast in Jordan, NY stocks thousands of galvanized splice bolts and post bolts, available for immediate shipment, with post bolt lengths from 2″ through 36″ on the shelf and special order sizes available on request. Pair them with double recessed nuts and plate washers, galvanized to the same standards, for a complete guardrail hardware package.
