Hot-Dip Galvanizing

The unique on site hot dip galvanizing line is specially designed for quickly producing quality galvanized bolts.

Threading

Multiple threading options are available to provide the highest quality threaded product at the best value.

Heading

Hot forged bolts are available up to 2-1/2" in diameter.

Cutting

Cutting is the first step of the bolt manufacturing process. Our capabilities include shearing and saw cutting.

Plate Fabrication

Square and rectangle plates can be punched from up to 1" thick flat bar. Special dimension and angle are also available.

Bending

The bending department is able to bend steel from 1/2" diameter to 4-1/2" diameter.

Miscellaneous Capabilities

Welding, light fabrication and swedging are some of the processes we are able to provide.

Certification and Testing

Portland Bolt provides in-house mechanical, hardness and rotational capacity testing. Certification documents are stored electronically for quick retrieval.
