The scenic area of Kodiak Island, near Kodiak Alaska, was the final destination for a wood float project with hardware provided by Portland Bolt. In the fall of 2009, Portland Bolt manufactured over 2,500 galvanized economy bolts, along with other miscellaneous marine construction hardware for the Small Boat Harbor Replacement in Old Harbor, AK.
