Early in 2017, Portland Bolt provided fasteners for the newest Great Wolf Lodge located in LaGrange, Georgia. This is the 14th location of the franchise that stretches across the United States and Canada.
This family water park and swimming destination required an extensive amount of wood trusses and fasteners for the roof. We manufactured over 2,500 galvanized 1″ diameter hex bolts that had to be full bodied due to the wood application and shear strength requirements for the lumber. With Portland Bolt’s extensive cut threading capabilities we were able to process the order in three weeks giving the contractor plenty of time to complete their work.
With our extensive knowledge and the amount of jobs we have performed for the timber industry over the past 105 years, we were able deliver the correct product in a timely and cost effective manner.
